OUR MISSION
Fighting Online Antisemitism (FOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating rising antisemitism online. Founded in Israel in 2020, our international network of volunteers makes a difference on a global scale by ensuring that antisemitic and anti-Israeli content is promptly removed from the most popular social media platforms, and thus preventing its further dissemination.
FOA has been widely recognized for its contribution to combating online antisemitism and was previously supported by Google and Twitter.
OUR ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
As part of the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas, we have set up an international online boot camp for global volunteers seeking to join the digital battlefront. In just one week, around 3,000 activists, primarily Israelis and Israel supporters spanning from Australia to the United States, have joined.
Our global community of 3,000 activists works tirelessly to remove antisemitic, and anti-Israeli content in multiple languages and across ten social media platforms. When the reported content isn’t taken down, FOA directly approaches the platforms and propels them to take immediate action. Such involvement has led to the deletion of tens of thousands of hateful items thus far.
We offer thorough online training, providing participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for monitoring, reporting & removing antisemitic, anti-Israeli, violent content, alongside misinformation and terrorist narratives from the digital sphere.
AT THIS TIME OF EMERGENCY, WE ASK FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF OUR CRITICAL WORK
Tax -deductible credit card donations to FOA can be made via our partners in the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Canada
Please be sure to note the FOA as the recipient of the donation!
