Sobre el Programa
Ocho sesiones en línea en vivo, de 60 minutos cada una, adaptadas a la
cultura, el idioma y los desafíos locales de la comunidad peruana.
Los participantes se forman conjuntamente como grupo, fortaleciendo al socio local y conformando un equipo integrado al Sistema de FOA.
Proporcionamos a los miembros de la comunidad herramientas de
seguridad digital y resiliencia, transformando la sensación de impotencia en
una capacidad de acción sostenible en el tiempo.
¿Qué obtendrán los participantes?
- Un equipo local capacitado para identificar y responder a amenazas en el entorno digital.
- Aprendizaje de herramientas de vanguardia: capacitación en el sistema de IA de FOA para identificar y rastrear contenido antisemita
- Capacidad para responder efectivamente a la desinformación
- Capacidad para actuar y ejercer liderazgo en su comunidad
- Integración a una red global de activistas
- Monitoreo e investigación en tiempo real
- Redacción de guiones y edición de video
- Creación de contenido para TikTok e Instagram
- Desarrollo de habilidades de investigación mediante OSINT (inteligencia de fuentes abiertas)
- Acceso directo a la infraestructura de FOA como Trusted Flagger y a sus relaciones con las plataformas digitales.

- Gestión emocional frente al odio en línea y ejercicios de resiliencia.
- Análisis de perfiles nocivos y patrones de manipulación antisionistas
- Marco regulatorio a nivel global y en Argentina. Diferenciación entre crítica legítima y discurso de odio.
- Creación estratégica de contenido: Memes y videos de formato corto
- De la propaganda nazi a la era digital: análisis de las narrativas deslegitimación contra Israel.
- Uso de inteligencia de fuentes abiertas- OSINT, y capacitación en el sistema de monitoreo mediante IA de FOA.
- Entrega de certificados, presentación de casos de éxito, y estrategia para el compromiso sostenido de los voluntarios a largo plazo.
We'll begin by introducing the team, participants, and schedule, followed by an overview of the Nazi movement and its ideology. Then, we'll dive into the challenges of online antisemitism, examining its local impact and how it manifests both online and offline.
This webinar features a keynote speaker offering expert insights into the actions of the Nazi regime during World War II and their lasting impact today. It will examine antisemitic content on social media by comparing IHRA’s working definition of antisemitism with social media hate speech guidelines. Topics include Holocaust denial, anti-Israel and anti-Zionist narratives, along with an introduction to FOA’s unique AI monitoring tool.

Leveraging ChatGPT and other AI tools (open source, OSINT) to amplify positive content on the internet.
A practical workshop where participants will create their own video content focused on fighting antisemitism and promoting tolerance. Attendees will apply the skills they've gained to produce compelling, impactful videos with strong, clear messages.
