The Online Activist Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for high school and university students, as well as individuals from diverse religious and community backgrounds, to actively combat the growing threats of antisemitism and Holocaust distortion. Participants will delve into the history of antisemitism, examine the resurgence of Holocaust denial and distortion, and gain practical tools to tackle these issues on social media platforms. Delivered online, the program covers topics like social media standards, effective reporting strategies, and the parallels between today’s neo-Nazi propaganda on social media.
Program Syllabus
- Program presentation, community participation, digital/physical incidents, global events and the IHRA's working definition.
- Emotional management facing online hate and resilience exercises.
- Analyzing harmful profiles and anti-Zionist manipulation patterns
- Regulations globally and in Argentina. Distinguishing criticism from hate speech.
- Strategic content creation: Memes and short videos
- From Nazi propaganda to the digital age. Analysis of delegitimization narratives against Israel.
- Use of OSINT and training in FOA's AI monitoring system
- Delivery of certificates, success stories, and long-term volunteer commitment strategy
We'll begin by introducing the team, participants, and schedule, followed by an overview of the Nazi movement and its ideology. Then, we'll dive into the challenges of online antisemitism, examining its local impact and how it manifests both online and offline.
This webinar features a keynote speaker offering expert insights into the actions of the Nazi regime during World War II and their lasting impact today. It will examine antisemitic content on social media by comparing IHRA’s working definition of antisemitism with social media hate speech guidelines. Topics include Holocaust denial, anti-Israel and anti-Zionist narratives, along with an introduction to FOA’s unique AI monitoring tool.
A step-by-step guide, focusing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Participants will learn how to effectively identify, monitor, and report antisemitic content on social media.
Examining the impact of Hitler's propaganda and its modern-day revival through neo-Nazi content on social networks. This session will analyze historical examples from the 1930s, including the role of radio, and compare them to the influence of neo-Nazi groups on today's social media platforms.
Learning how to write scripts designed to combat antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and hate on social media with a focus on creating thoughtful and impactful messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

This workshop will teach participants advanced tools for filming, editing, and producing videos that promote messages of tolerance and fight against hate. The focus will be on delivering compelling and visually engaging content tailored to platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Leveraging ChatGPT and other AI tools (open source, OSINT) to amplify positive content on the internet.
A practical workshop where participants will create their own video content focused on fighting antisemitism and promoting tolerance. Attendees will apply the skills they've gained to produce compelling, impactful videos with strong, clear messages.
