In today’s digital world, online incitement against Jewish communities scales rapidly and directly translates into real-world offline threats across major urban hubs. This program empowers the next generation of Nordic leaders aged 15–25 to transition from passive bystanders into proactive digital advocates. By mastering localized OSINT monitoring technology, artificial intelligence verification tools, and strategic counter-speech frameworks, our ambassadors will actively report hate speech and build positive digital campaigns to push back against propaganda where traditional media cannot.

What You Will Master:
Radicalization & Definitions
Map out the current radicalization landscape in Sweden. Master the IHRA definitions to clearly identify the boundary lines separating legitimate political debate, anti-Zionist rhetoric, and antisemitism.
Historical Distortion & Propaganda
Unpack the weaponization of language, such as the misuse of terms like "Genocide". Learn to recognize and dismantle Holocaust inversion, digital propaganda structures, and fake news.
The TikTok & Instagram Arena
Navigate youth social media ecosystems. Go behind the scenes of digital influence to understand platform dynamics and learn how to create viral, positive-impact counter-narratives.
OSINT & Monitoring Dashboards
Receive practical technical training on FOA’s new monitoring dashboard system. Gain actionable tools for tracking, documenting, reporting, and removing illegal online antisemitism.
AI Tools For Counter-Speech
Spot deepfakes, identify manipulated imagery, and participate in live exercises utilizing AI tools to discover the true origins of photos and combat fake news.
Creative Campaigning & Output
Collaborate in focused groups to design and produce a final digital output, such as a 30-second video confronting antisemitism or creative storytelling campaigns highlighting Jewish-Swedish history.

Ages 15–25
We seek highly motivated young adults from the Nordic countries who are ready to transition from passive social media consumers into active digital advocates. Ideal candidates should possess a strong interest in learning how to counter hate speech and spread educational content online.

Admission to this program is highly competitive and restricted to approximately 30 select participants. Candidates must successfully pass our comprehensive recruitment phase, which includes formal background interviews and structured acceptance stages.

Training & Activism
Attendance across all 8 training sessions and the development of a final group digital product are strictly required. Upon graduation, participants should actively combat online antisemitism with FOA for a minimum of 3 months.
Program Syllabus
- Launch Event: The radicalization landscape in Sweden; Defining the lines between Anti-Zionism and Antisemitism; Introduction to the IHRA definition.
- Historical Distortion and Anti-Zionist Content: Weaponization of language ("Genocide"); Holocaust Inversion; Recognizing digital propaganda; Fake news.
- The TikTok & Instagram Arena: Navigating youth social media ecosystems, analyzing platform-specific trend dynamics, and understanding digital engagement parameters.
- AI: AI, fake news, recognizing fake images and videos, using AI tools to discover the origin of photos and other tools of AI to fight fake news on social media. Making exercises with the participants live.
- The Monitoring Dashboard: Training on FOA dashboard new monitoring system; Practical tools for reporting and removing illegal antisemitism.
- TikTok or Instagram Influencer:Behind the scenes of digital influence; How to create viral positive impact and counter-narratives on social media.
- Graduation & Final Project Presentation: Practical tools for social interaction; Assertive advocacy; Role-playing real-life scenarios in Swedish schools.
